Movement, mindfulness, wellbeing forgrowing minds

Our children’s yoga and mindful movement sessions give children space to move, breathe, play, connect and slow down.

Through yoga, games, creativity, breathing and relaxation, we introduce children to simple practices that can support their physical and emotional wellbeing. while making sure there’s plenty of room to have fun and simply be themselves.

There are no perfect poses and no pressure to perform. Children are encouraged to explore movement in a way that feels comfortable, inclusive and right for them.

Not sure where to begin?

You don’t need to choose one type of practice and stick with it.

What your body and mind need can change. You might choose Reformer when you want to feel strong, Vinyasa when you want to move, Sculpt when you want a challenge, or Yin when you need to slow everything down. That is the intention of Sadhana.

It’s not about finding one perfect practice. It's about finding what you need, and returning to practice, again and again.

Sound & Flow

A special practice bringing together flowing movement with the immersive experience of sound.

Movement and breath help settle you into the body before the practice gives way to deeper rest and sound.

An opportunity to experience both movement and stillness in one practice.

Great for:

Anyone wanting something a little different, combining movement, relaxation and the restorative experience of sound.

Tweens (KS2)

A space created for children navigating that important stage between childhood and the teenage years.

Classes combine yoga and movement with breath, games, craft, mindfulness and relaxation, giving tweens space to build strength and confidence while beginning to understand and connect with themselves. There is no competition and no expectation to be good at yoga.

Great for:

Movement, confidence, body awareness, emotional regulation and having some space simply to be.

Young Minds (KS1)

Yoga made engaging and accessible for younger children.

Sessions combine yoga and movement with stories, craft, games, breathing, creativity and relaxation, helping children explore their bodies and emotions without pressure or competition.

Along the way, they begin to discover simple practices they can return to when they need them.

Great for:

Building confidence, body awareness, coordination, connection and introducing simple tools for calm and emotional regulation.

Toddler Yoga

A playful introduction to movement and yoga created especially for little bodies and curious minds.

Through movement, imagination, music, simple breathing and play, toddlers can explore what their bodies can do while sharing the experience with their grown-up.

Great for:

Little ones and their grown-ups to move, play and connect together.

Teens Yoga

A yoga practice created specifically for teenagers.

A chance to move and build strength, but also to step away from school, screens, expectations and everything else competing for their attention.

Classes combine yoga, breathing, mindfulness and relaxation in a relaxed, non-competitive environment.

Great for:

Movement, strength, body awareness, relaxation and creating some space to switch off.

Family Yoga

An opportunity for families to spend time together doing something to support their physical and mental wellbeing.

Family Yoga combines movement, partner poses, breathing, games, relaxation and plenty of fun, creating time away from everyday distractions to simply enjoy being together.

There are no perfect poses and no expectations. It’s about shared movement, laughter and connection.

Great for:

Families wanting to move, play and spend meaningful time together.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy uses the wider practices of yoga in a more individual and therapeutic way.

Rather than following a general class, the practice is shaped around the person and may draw on movement, breath, relaxation, mindfulness and other yogic practices depending on their individual needs.

It is less about achieving postures and more about using yoga as a supportive practice for the whole person.

Great for:

Those looking for a more individualised and supportive approach to yoga.

Vitality Yoga

A welcoming and accessible yoga practice designed to support mobility, balance, strength and confidence in everyday movement.

The practice moves at a comfortable pace and can be adapted for different bodies and abilities, including chair-supported options where appropriate.

No previous yoga experience or flexibility is needed.

Great for:

Anyone looking for a way to improve strength, maintain mobility and enjoy being part of a community.

Flow Deep Stretch

A balance of flowing movement and longer, deeper stretches.

The practice begins by moving and warming the body before gradually slowing down and spending more time in stretches and quieter postures.

You get the satisfaction of having moved without missing the opportunity to slow down and release.

Great for:

Anyone who wants some flow and movement alongside plenty of time to stretch, slow down and unwind.

Somatic Yin

A deeply restful practice bringing together Yin yoga with gentle somatic movement, curiosity & awareness.

The focus moves away from what a posture looks like and towards noticing how movement actually feels from within.

Expect slow, exploratory movement, supported Yin postures and periods of stillness, with plenty of space to listen and respond to your body.

Great for:

Those wanting a slower, more inward practice with an emphasis on body awareness, rest and down-regulation.

Yin Yoga

A slow, mostly floor-based practice where postures are held for longer periods of time.

Rather than actively working the muscles, Yin encourages the body to soften into supported shapes, gently working with the body’s deeper connective tissues and creating space for stillness.

In a world that asks us to keep doing, Yin gives us permission to stop.

Great for:

Slowing down, supporting mobility and flexibility, balancing stronger forms of movement, or simply creating some much-needed space to pause.

Hatha Yoga

A steadier style of yoga that gives you time to explore individual postures, breath and alignment.

Rather than continuously flowing from one pose to another, there is more space to pause and experience each posture.

Hatha can build strength, balance and mobility while offering a more grounded pace of practice.

Great for:

All yogis and beginners and anyone wanting to experiment explore each posture.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A strong, predictable style of yoga based around an established sequence of postures connected through breath and movement.

Because you return to the sequence over time, the practice becomes familiar, giving you the opportunity to notice changes in strength, flexibility, stamina and focus.

The repetition is an important part of Ashtanga, allowing the practice itself to deepen rather than constantly changing what you do.

Great for:

Those who enjoy a physical practice, structure and the opportunity to develop through consistency and repetition.

Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic style of yoga where movement and breath flow together.

Sequences move smoothly from one posture to the next, bringing together strength, mobility, balance and moments of stillness.

Each teacher brings something different to their flow, so classes and sequences will vary while remaining rooted in the connection between breath and movement.

Expect to move, breathe and leave feeling both energised and grounded.

Great for:

Those who enjoy movement and variety, want to build strength and mobility, or prefer a more flowing yoga practice.

Sculpt

A stronger, energising class combining elements of Pilates with functional strength and conditioning.

Expect purposeful, repeated movements designed to challenge the muscles and build strength and endurance throughout the body.

Sculpt has a little more heat and intensity than a traditional Pilates class, while still keeping the focus on good movement and control.

Great for:

Anyone wanting to feel stronger, work the whole body and add a more energetic strength-based session to their week.

Pilates

A mat-based practice focused on controlled, purposeful movement.

Pilates works the whole body with particular emphasis on core strength, stability, posture and alignment. Movements are precise and considered, helping you develop greater awareness of how your body moves.

Great for:

Core and full-body strength, posture, stability and anyone wanting a controlled, low-impact practice.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates uses a specialist spring-based machine to support and challenge the body through a wide range of controlled movements.

Reformer Pilates uses a specialist spring-based machine to support and challenge the body through a wide range of controlled movements. The resistance of the Reformer helps you build strength throughout the whole body, with particular focus on the core, while also developing stability, mobility, balance and body awareness. Exercises can be adapted and progressed, making Reformer a practice you can continue to build on over time. Expect a focused, full-body workout with plenty of attention to control and quality of movement.

Great for:

Building strength, core stability, mobility and body awareness, or anyone
looking for a low-impact but challenging full-body workout.
